An "order Total Payment Amount" is re-calculated at the time the credit card is charged. The actual total amount is subject to CA State taxes for residents in, CA. Discounts, special offers and additional postage will be applied to International orders. International orders will be calculated based on our postal service USPS. (United States Postal Service) plus an added 2.00 for handling foreign documents and making special arrangements to dive the order to the mailing locations.
